If you or a family member has been diagnosed with breast cancer, we understand the feelings you may be having. At St. Anthony’s Frank C. Love Cancer Institute, we offer multiple treatment options so you and your physician can decide what is right for you.

For each breast cancer patient, our multidisciplinary medical team oversees the medical care and develops a treatment plan which may include:

• Surgery to remove the tumor; breast reconstruction following mastectomy is available to rebuild the breast’s shape.
• Medical oncology (chemotherapy) using the newest anticancer drugs to kill or stop the growth of cancer cells.
• High Dose Rate (HDR) breast brachytherapy is available for early stage breast cancer patients. External beam radiation is also utilized.
• Nutrition and lifestyle modifications integrated into each patient’s care plan as needed.
• Integrated medicine combining complementary therapies with traditional medicine.
• Clinical trials are available for patients who meet study criteria.
