Reporting Concerns about Patient Care and Safety

The goal of St. Mary’s Good Samaritan is to provide exceptional patient care in a safe environment for all patients and to respond to any concern raised.

In order to resolve any concerns about the quality of care or safety, please call the Customer Service Hotline toll free: 1-877-241-5596, in house at extension 5555 or send us an email.
