At St. Mary's Good Samaritan, our meals are prepared fresh daily by staff in our Food and Nutrition Services Department. Menus are planned by registered dietitians according to your nutritional needs. Dietitians are also available to provide nutrition counseling.
On occasion, x-rays, laboratory tests, or surgical procedures will require that your meals be delayed. When this happens, you will receive your meal tray when the tests have been completed.
Our meal plan takes into consideration your special dietary needs(such as a low fat or diabetic diet). If there are changes in the diet from time to time, please know that these changes are made in keeping with your physician's care instructions.
