St. Mary's Janesville Hospital

Plans are continuing to develop a $140 million new community medical campus in Janesville which will include the 50-bed St. Mary's Janesville Hospital and an adjacent physician office complex. The hospital will be part of SSM Health Care of Wisconsin, parent company of St. Mary's Hospital in Madison and St. Clare Hospital in Baraboo.

Electronic health record
State-of-the-art emergency department
committed to delivering prompt care

Dean Health System will develop the new physician office complex, also scheduled to open in 2010. It will offer a broad array of services comparable to those already provided at Dean's Riverview Clinic.

Procedures currently performed at the Riverview Surgery Center, jointly owned by Dean and SSM Health Care of Wisconsin, will be performed at the new hospital. The medical campus will be located near Interstate 90 at Highway 11.

The new hospital and physician complex is expected to open in 2010 with approximately 344 employees.
