Holiday Spinach Dip
Recipe adapted by Marilyn Dougherty, RD/LD

1 10 oz. package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 package Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix, dry
4 green onions, chopped fine
1 cup fat free sour cream
1 cup fat free Miracle Whip
1 red bell pepper, chopped (optional)
Mix sour cream, Miracle Whip, dry soup mix, chopped onion and bell pepper. Add drained spinach to the creamed ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate before serving and serve with whole grain crackers. Less than one-third the calories of the original recipe made with sour cream and regular Miracle Whip.
