Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

3 cups granulated sugar
1 cup evaporated skim milk
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/3 cup Smuckers Natural Peanut Butter
2 tablespoons baby food pureed prunes
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Spray 9X9 pan with cooking spray.
Combine sugar, evaporated skim milk, and cocoa powder in saucepan. Stir over high heat until mixture comes to a rolling boil. Lower heat and cook until mixture reaches a soft ball stage.
Remove from heat and add peanut butter, baby food prunes, and vanilla. Beat together until creamy. Pour into pan. Cool and cut into squares.
