The Healthy Living Center offers programs, products and services designed to help individuals balance and enhance their lives.  Using both traditional and non-traditional options in diet, nutrition, exercise, pain and stress management, the Healthy Living Center team provides the tools to navigate life's challenges.

We offer a medical weight management program at the Healthy Living Center.  It is a 2 ½ year program, divided into 3 phases.  We have free information sessions to learn about this program.  Insurance coverage varies.  Our staff will check with your insurance company for you on coverage.
